Office Hours Herscher: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Bourbonnais: Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm Saturday hours as needed no appointments will be scheduled.
All co-pays and balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, visa or mastercard. Please have your insurance card available upon check-in.
Insurance Policy Most insurances are accepted. Please check with your insurance company to verify coverage.
If you need your prescription refilled you can call our office during office hours and leave a message on the refill line. Please be clear when stating your name, date of birth, and the medication you are requesting. Clearly state the pharmacy where you would like your prescription refill to be sent. If you have the prescription number on the bottle please leave that information as well. Please allow at least 24 hours for the prescription to be refilled.
If you had a lab drawn in our office or were sent out for a lab or radiology test, we will call you with any abnormal results or send you a card in the mail stating your normal test results.
Due to the overuse of antibiotics and antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria, antibiotics will not be given over the phone.
Chronic pain management requiring long term narcotics will be referred to Pain Management Specialists. The Medical Group of Kankakee County’s physician’s will not routinely manage chronic pain.
If you call for an appointment and would like to be seen on that day, it is possible you may not be able to see your physician of choice. We will try to accommodate your needs to be seen the same day but may have to schedule you with a provider who has openings. During office hours there is always a nurse on the phone to answer any questions you may have.
Do you travel south for the winter? Please ask us for a copy of your Health History to take with you. |
