According to the 2000 census, the #1 minority in the United States is persons with disabilities.  Yet, for a variety of reasons, many, many businesses in Iroquois and Kankakee Counties are not accessible to persons with disabilities.  Not only are these businesses guilty of breaking the law, but they are missing out on the dollars that persons with disabilities want to spend.
